In At last, the moment has come to look into the deeper layers of heart, which is filled with feeling of togetherness and loveliness, consolation and satisfaction. Some are momentary and some are permanent but both involve of persons to who I acknowledgment my warm regards. I convey my sincere gratitude to my teacher, supervisor and guide Dr. Laxmidhara Behera, Professor in Education, RIE, Bhubaneswar, for his kind guidance, constant supervision, valuable suggestions, co-operations and affectionate encouragement which enabled me to complete this thesis in time. His stimulating words, constant encouragement and dedication for work highly motivated me to do better and gave me the chance to improve myself in the field of research work.
