Editorial Policies
Authorship Policy
Sending a book chapter or monograph to San International Book Publication for publication indicates that all authors have come to terms on the book’s themes and structure. Choose one author to be the “corresponding author” for all publication-related correspondence. The work’s author(s) should make a meaningful contribution(s) to both the study’s conceptualization and its analysis and interpretation of relevant data. Before a work may be published, its author(s) must have contributed to its creation or revision and given their stamp of approval on its final form. Unless otherwise stated upon submission, the corresponding author will be the primary point of contact for the work and will serve as the definitive voice of all authors when making decisions about the work.
Any change in authorship (including addition or deletion of author(s) or change in order of author list) must be informed to the editorial office through a letter signed by all authors before the book is published. In the absence of a signed letter, the ‘certificate of final agreement of authorship’ shall be deemed to indicate the corresponding author’s consent of the published version of the work.
Peer Review Policies and Review Process Flow
San International Book Publication is committed to publishing research of the highest possible quality. Before being published, every submission must first go through the process of peer review. Every single one of the submissions goes through an independent, double-blind evaluation from the outside in order to check whether or not they meet the necessary scientific and ethical standards. A check for originality is performed on each of the submissions by the Internal Handling Editor before they are sent on to the peer reviewers. Before being published, all scientific publications must first undergo the scrutinising scrutiny of at least two other experts working in the same area. Referees are impartial outside specialists who voluntarily volunteer to review a submitted article on their own initiative and in their own time.
Plagiarism Policy
The practise of duplicate publishing, as well as any kind of plagiarism, is something that San International Book publishing vehemently rejects. After they have been sent in, every manuscript will undergo a check for originality immediately which compares the text that is uploaded by the Editorial office to a database of journals, the Internet, and another extensive database, and then creates a Similarity Report. After conducting an internal investigation, if it is discovered that any submissions include instances of plagiarism, a note will be promptly issued to all of the authors, as well as their connected institutions and the funding agency, if it has been applied for. The paper will then be rejected.
Standard Protocol on Approvals, Registrations, Patient Consents & Animal Protection
Each and every clinical research has to be carried out in accordance with the principles outlined in the Declaration of Helsinki. Authors are obligated to adhere to the recommendations laid forth by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (www.icmje.org) when it comes to obtaining the patient’s permission to conduct research or participate in a study. Any reference in the manuscript of patients’ identifying information, such as their names, initials (including figures), or hospital numbers, is strictly forbidden. The Academic Editor could send a request to the researchers asking them to submit evidence of a formal evaluation and recommendation made by the Institutional evaluation Board or Ethics Committee that was responsible for monitoring the study.
Copyright Policy
The purpose of the Copyright Policy at San International Book Publication is to ensure that only original content is published while at the same time providing the writers with a large amount of creative leeway. According to the terms of the “Creative Commons Attribution Licence,” the writers of any monographs or book chapters that have been published maintain ownership of the copyrights to their work. The author (or authors) of the article should be the only ones who have contributed to it, and they should have complete power to enter into the agreement and to provide rights (if any) to San International Book Publication, provided that they are not in violation of any other obligations. The authors are obligated to take the necessary precautions to guarantee that the submission of the book chapter to San International Book Publication will not result in a violation of contract, a breach of confidence, or a breach of a pledge granted to maintain confidentiality.
Ethics Standards
San International Book Publication is committed to collaborating with academic communities all around the globe in order to advance the highest quality scholarly research available anywhere in the world. It is also recommended that the authors, academic editors, reviewers, and societies (where relevant) adhere scrupulously to this exemplary guideline. An appropriate Institutional Review Board or Ethics Committee should do a formal review and approval, or a review and waiver, for any experimental research involving humans or animals. Alternatively, a review and waiver may be performed. It is essential that this be fully recorded in the text. In studies involving humans, the Methods section should include information on whether verbal or written informed consent was obtained from participants in the research. In the event that the case history is secret, the authors are obligated to get patient permission.
Conflicts of Interest Policy
San International Book Publication is committed to fostering an environment that is honest when it comes to the dissemination of research. In accordance with the standards of publishing ethics suggested by COPE, ICMJE, and other organisations of a similar kind, all of the authors, the academic editors, and the reviewers are expected to state any and all potential conflicts of interest in a clear and forthright manner. Both monetary contributions to the project and possible conflicts of interest should be duly recognised in a transparent and public manner.
Correction and Retraction Policy
The Correction and Retraction Policy of San International Book Publication has been prepared in compliance with the publishing criteria related to scientific misconduct, any publication disputes, authorship disputes, and research ethics that have been established by COPE. When it comes to disagreements of this kind, we typically check out and keep up with the COPE website, and the author(s) are asked to do the same thing.
Refund Policy
In the event that the author inadvertently paid two separate payments, the author may request a refund. In the very unlikely event that San International Book Publication does not publish the book, customers will be eligible for a refund. In some cases, the author(s) of the approved document may request that it be withdrawn prior to its publication. If San International Book Publication, using its own discretion, finds that the withdrawal is entirely justified, then it may decide to offer refunds equal to fifty percent of the amount that was paid by the customer. Due to the costs associated with the payment gateway, money conversion fees, bank transaction fees, and any other expenses that may have been incurred, refunded amounts may not necessarily equal the amounts that were initially paid. In the event that the Work is retracted or removed, the publisher will have no responsibility to provide a refund of the sum that was already paid.
