Charges

The purchase of the electronic book in PDF format (often known as a “E-Book”) is required of all writers. In addition to the electronic book, writers have the option of ordering book hardcopies individually. The purchase of a hard-copy of the book is optional. In the event that a Book or Book Chapter is not accepted after going through the process of peer review, the authors will not be required to pay any fee.
