About the Book:

The book entitled “Practical Manual of Biochemistry” is based on my experiences of hands on practical’s and teaching biochemistry, biotechnology and microbiology students of Undergraduate and postgraduate courses. This book has been written in a clear, logical manner to cover practical aspects of biochemistry.

The book intended for undergraduate and post graduate students of biochemistry, chemistry, botany, zoology, biotechnology and microbiology. This manual contains experiments, which can be performed in any laboratory with basic requirements of chemicals and instruments.

I shall be grateful for bringing out the mistakes and misprints, which shall be removed in the next generation. Comments and suggestions from readers for corrections and improvement of this book will be greatly acknowledged.
